The intent of this user guide is to foster an understanding of the Hazardous Waste Tracking System to all the stakeholders.

Scope of this Document

The scope of the user guide is based on the RFP DTSC-9025 proposal for the Hazardous Waste Tracking System. The document covers the intended users, provides detailed help and explanation of the steps for the major functionalities of the system, which will cover the manifest data collection process, data validation process and the data distribution process.
