Error Handling

For all errors which are not application specific and arise due to errors such as database connection problems or networking issues the following message will be displayed.

"We're sorry, it appears the web page you are trying to access is having some difficulty processing your request. Please try again shortly, again we apologize for any inconvenience.

Our technical support department can be reached at: hwtsadmn@dtsc.ca.gov"


While you see this message, an email will also be sent to the hwtsadmn@dtsc.ca.gov explaining the problem in detail and providing more specifics.
